Condition of sale
Orders will only be processed upon full payment. Orders will take 5 to 10 days to be processed.
Pick-up option (no delivery)
Prior arrangement via e-mail must be made 2 days before collection. Items must be collected within two hours of the arranged time.
After sales support
Please retain your invoice, product serial number or bar code for the stated warrantee period. For product support or repairs, use the Contact Us Form.
You may E-mail us on ligarsales@ligar.co.za for assistance with out-of warrantee products. We will assist where possible.
Returns
No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. All returns must be accompanied with all loose accessories as well as the manual and proof of payment.
